Veggie Tray
Do you know how expensive veggie trays are?! Ridiculous! Hence, I made my own. Not only did it have more vegetables for a cheaper price, everyone loved the fact that I boiled the broccoli first.
And I baked a cheesecake since I still had leftover cream cheese from Memorial Day (see previous post). I made Valoy's Orange Chocolate Cheesecake but instead of mini cheesecake cups, I made an entire pie.
